- Emergency Allocations
- Iowa Communications Network is requesting a supplemental emergency allocation in the amount of $2,053.58. This will increase the total allocation to $10,438.58.Â
On September 16, 2019 ICN sustained cable damage due to erosion along Highway 58 and Black Hawk Creek in Black Hawk County. Request is to cover repair costs.
The State Auditor’s Office has reviewed this request and recommends allocation and payment. This represents full and final payment and this allocation closed.
- Iowa Communications Network is requesting an emergency allocation in the amount of $14,306.10. On April 27, 2020 ICN sustained cable damage due to excessive erosion along Highway 20 in Hamilton County. Request is to cover repair costs.
The State Auditor’s Office has reviewed this request and recommends allocation, subject to audit of actual invoices and supporting documentation and demonstration that no costs covered by the maintenance contract have been included.
- Department of Public Safety is requesting an emergency allocation is the amount of $7,450.68. On April 9, 2020 State Patrol Vehicle #391 was damaged by a deer. Request is to cover repair costs.
The State Auditor’s Office has reviewed request and recommends allocation, subject to audit of actual invoices.
- Department of Public Safety Network is requesting a supplemental emergency allocation in the amount of $66.50. This will increase the total allocation to $2,637.50. On February 23, 2020 State Patrol Vehicle 96 was damaged by a raccoon. Request was to cover repair costs.
The State Auditor’s Office has reviewed this request and recommends allocation and payment. This represents full and final payment and this allocation closed.
- Department of Commerce – Division of Banking is requesting an emergency allocation is the amount of $4,730.04. On April 20, 2020 Vehicle #1031 was damaged by hail. Request is to cover repair costs.
The State Auditor’s Office has reviewed request and recommends allocation, subject to audit of actual invoices.
