MUSCATINE, Iowa–Mike Hagens, a worker at the Iowa Department of Transportation, met his two-day-old granddaughter, Natalie Claire Slonka via a window visit April 14. Born to Greg and Amy Slonka, who both work for Muscatine Power and Water, Natalie came into the world April 12.
