Thank You to everyone who has made me feel welcome in my first week working with the Muscatine Community School District. My hope is to meet all of you very soon, and I want to say Thank You for your trust in providing a quality education to your children! My wife, Kasey and I have two children currently enrolled in the district with another child that will be in a year or so.

Homecoming week is here! The week has been full of events like the annual Powder Puff game, Muskie Girls Swim Meet and more to come. This Thursday, September 17th is the annual MHS Homecoming Parade. The parade will start at 6:00pm at Grant Elementary School and travel down Mulberry Avenue before turning on Bonnie Drive. Coronation will happen after the parade at  the football stadium. Discover Muscatine will provide live streaming of the parade and coronation for those unable to attend in-person. Here’s a video featuring MHS Activities/Athletic Director Tom Ulses with expectations for this Friday’s home football game.
