DAVENPORT, Iowa–With almost 40 years in the construction industry, Russell has experience working on projects of all sizes, from simple repairs to creating new buildings for all types of clients. With their main headquarters located in Davenport and additional offices in Saint Louis and Kansas City, Russell has brought many projects to completion in 33 states.
Though Russell works across the country, many of their projects take place near their home in the Quad Cities, including right here in Muscatine County, including with major local businesses such as KENT Corporation. Currently, the Community Foundation of Greater Muscatine has engaged Russell to build the new physicians clinic on Mulberry Avenue. Russell also has begun talks with other potential clients in Muscatine and hopes to announce plans for additional projects soon.
In all of the work they do, Russell strives to have the best people possible on the job and to make sure they support those people so that they can do their very best. “It’s all about the people on the projects,” stressed Director of Marketing and Client Relations Erin Wyant. “Russell invests substantially in our people to ensure they have a high quality of life.”
Russell focuses on taking an adaptable approach to their projects as well, adjusting to changing conditions and the needs of clients and workers to make sure projects get completed on time without sacrificing quality or high standards. “Having that flexible adaptive personality bodes well for us over the years,” stated Vice President Matt Rebro.

Whether working on a government building, commercial space, or healthcare facility, Russell takes pride in the way its projects provide valuable resources for the communities they work in. “Anytime we get to build a building that shapes how a community works or plays, it’s fun,” Wyant observed.
“We feel fortunate to go a little beyond our back yard to help grow a community’s economy,” Rebro reflected.
Russel’s extensive list of contractors and companies they have worked with allows them to bring in as many local workers as possible, bringing them even closer to the communities they serve.
Since Russell has worked on numerous projects in Muscatine and has additional ones in progress or on the horizon, they decided to join the Greater Muscatine Chamber of Commerce and Industry to provide additional support for a city and surrounding region they have formed positive relationships with. “With the proximity to the Quad Cities and our work with KENT Corporation and the hospital and other projects we hope to start soon, we want to give back,” said Rebro.
Whatever construction needs you may have, from building a new building to renovating or preserving an existing one, Russell has the knowhow and people to complete the job successfully. If you would like to connect with them to discuss a potential project, Rebro encourages you to visit Russell’s website to look at their previous projects and to find his contact information so you can discuss ways to make your building dreams a reality.
