- Beginning this week, blankets will no longer be allowed to be carried throughout the school day. If you bring one to school, it will need to be put in your locker for the entirety of the day. If you are out for a sport/activity and your coach approves of you having a blanket on the bus for travel, it will be at his or her discretion. We are making this requirement for several reasons. It falls under the headings of concealment/safety, cleanliness, and hazards (such as tripping). For these reasons, blankets will no longer be allowed to be carried throughout the school day.
