    MUSCATINE, Iowa – The City of Muscatine close Mississippi Drive to traffic from Linn Street to Mulberry Avenue tonight (Monday, Jan. 4, 2021) for snow removal. The seven-block stretch will be closed starting at 10 p.m. and remained closed until the cleanup is finished.

     

    Snow in the parking areas and along the curbs will be plowed up and removed by Bayfield Snow Removal.

     

    The City requests that all cars or trucks parked in the back-in angle parking areas along Mississippi Drive be moved before 10 p.m. Parking is available inside Riverside Park. Cars or trucks not removed by 10 p.m. are subject to being towed as the work progresses.
