It Takes a Village Animal Rescue and Resources and the City of Muscatine will use a Petco Love grant to provide free canine DAPPV shots to 250 dogs from Muscatine County. The City will also have pet license tags available for free. Dr. Tasha Wall from Muscatine Veterinary Hospital will provide rabies vaccinations and microchipping as well. The event will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. March 19 at the Salvation Army of Muscatine County at 1000 Oregon Street in Muscatine.
