Allen W. Paetz, 67, of Muscatine, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022, at his home in Muscatine  There will be no visitation or funeral service.  Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.  The Snyder and Hollenbaugh Funeral and Cremation Services of Muscatine is caring for Allen’s family and arrangements.

Allen Wayne Paetz was born on October 9, 1955, in Muscatine, Iowa the son of Elvin Wayne and Joan C. (Verdow) Paetz.  He was married to Jody R. Wiegel for 18 years.  Allen worked for GPC for 32 years.  He enjoyed the Hy-Vee Breakfast Club, riding his horse and his dog, Minnie.

Allen will be deeply missed by his brothers, Larry (Jenny) Paetz of Muscatine, Greg (Maureen) Paetz of Muscatine and Robert (Tamra) Paetz of Muscatine; special friend, Angela Potter of Muscatine; her children, Todd Schmelzer, Tadd Gann, Trista Gann and Genevieve Potter and her grandchildren, Laekken, Ezekiel, Izaiah, Margarite, Quill and Iris.

Allen was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Jody
