    Registration will open online and at the Muskie Early Learning Center on January 13th, 2020 at 9 AM.

    The Learning Center will be open from 9 AM-6 PM on the 13th for registration and building tours.

    • Registration will close when all spots are filled, or March 6th. Three- year- old spots will be determined by a lottery system to take place in mid-March. Final confirmation for three-year-old and four-year-old preschool will be sent by March 20th.
    • To register online, go to Registration/Enrollment and follow the preschool registration process from the homepage or stop by the Muskie Early Learning Center from 8 AM-3:30 PM, Monday-Friday for registration assistance until March 6th.
    • To be eligible, your child must be 3 or 4 by September 15, 2020, and live in the Muscatine Community School District.
    • Birth certificate, current immunizations, and a current physical are REQUIRED at the time of registration.
