Registration for George Lohman City Golf Tournament is underway

MUSCATINE, Iowa – Local golfers are fine tuning their swings and preparing for competition in the George Lohman Tournament, Muscatine’s annual city golf competition, that will be held June 13-14 at the Muscatine Municipal Golf Course.

Several divisions will be available to compete in during the 2020 City Tournament including the Open Division for players 49-years-old and under, the Senior Division for ages 50-64 years, the Super Senior Division for golfers 65 years and above, and the Ladies Division.

Registration for the tournament and scheduling tee times are currently underway in the Municipal Golf Course Pro Shop. Golfers may schedule tee times for the first round on June 13 by calling the Pro Shop at (563) 263-4735. Tee times for the final round on June 14 will be made by Pro Shop staff.

Registration is limited to residents of Muscatine County and Muscatine Municipal Golf Course season pass holders.

The 2020 Tournament fee is $40 per person and includes the prize fund, a meal on both Saturday and Sunday, and awards. The fee does not include greens fees or golf carts. An optional skins game will be available for $5 per person on both Saturday and Sunday.
