Daira uses an interval system called Tabata that engages the full body with 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. This workout flies by with a mix of four movements including squats, chest flys, reverse flys and leg curls and followed by back extensions and planks. She also provides modifications that allow you to incorporate a stability ball and weights if desired.
