Muscatine Parks and Recreation is offering a winter BlastBall program for children ages 3-6 years. BlastBall is a fun and exciting version of tee-ball designed to introduce children to the game through learning the basics of baseball and softball. Children will participate in group instruction and game play with provided, specialized equipment.Registration deadline: Monday, January 27th 5pm
