Chia pudding parfait

Try this balanced sweet snack and top it with fresh berries!

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
    • 1-2 tbsp Cocoa powder (optional)
    • 1 tbsp Walnuts, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together chia seeds, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and cocoa powder (optional).
  2. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (overnight if possible) to let thicken.
  3. Layer chia pudding with fruit and top with walnuts (optional).
  4. If it seems too thin, add a little more chia. If it seems too thick, add a little more milk.
