Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seed
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup berries
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp Cocoa powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp Walnuts, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together chia seeds, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and cocoa powder (optional).
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (overnight if possible) to let thicken.
- Layer chia pudding with fruit and top with walnuts (optional).
- If it seems too thin, add a little more chia. If it seems too thick, add a little more milk.
