Chocolate chip protein cookies

Try this healthy alternative if you have sweet tooth or want to get your kids involved in the kitchen.

  • Total time – 13 minutes
  • Servings – 20 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 2.5 scoops chocolate protein powder (We love Ascent protein powder)*
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 5 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp agave
  • 2 tsp raw sugar cane
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Spoon out 20 cookies.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes.
  5. Let cool and enjoy!
