Community Bank & Trust is happy to celebrate Steve Bloomquist, VP and Loan Officer’s 35-year milestone with the bank. Steve joined the bank in 1987 after graduating from University of Northern Iowa. He has served our customers in our Muscatine and Louisa County markets and has worked in multiple areas of Community Bank & Trust with his primary role within lending. Steve is happily married to his wife, Dawn Bloomquist and they reside in Fruitland, Iowa.
We are also happy to welcome a new Human Resources Officer, Teresa Carter to the CBT Team. Teresa formerly worked as CFO for a Muscatine Financial Institution. Teresa is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa.
Teresa is a licensed CPA, and brings over 30 years executive level banking and leadership experience to the bank. Teresa and her husband, Tom reside in Letts, Iowa.
