MUSCATINE, Iowa–The Greater Muscatine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in partnership with Calvary Church and Crossroads, Inc., invites residents to protect their personal documents and identity by participating in a community shred day. Secure shredding will be provided by Crossroads, Inc. Crossroads, Inc. is AAA NAID certified, which is the highest obtainable certification in the secure document destruction industry. This event provides a highly secure, user-friendly service for properly destroying your sensitive records and information.
The event will be held in the Calvary Church parking lot, located at 501 US-61 in Muscatine on Wednesday, Aug. 18 from 11 a. m.-1 p. m.
All paper must be removed from binders prior to shredding. Cardboard, newspaper, or any paper with a slick coating, including magazines or newspaper inserts, cannot be shredded.
This event is open to the public and free of charge.
