The 2021 Jingle and Mingle kicked off with a festive tree lighting at First National Bank. Crowds of people strolling down Second Street the evening of the Jingle and Mingle. Muscatine Power and Water celebrated the season with their festive lit truck. Second Ward City Council Member Elect Jeff Osborne helped raise money for the Salvation Army of Muscatine County by hosting a red kettle near Creations by Oz, which also hosted a wine tasting.
