Muscatine, Iowa–Meows & Barks, an independently owned pet supply store, opened in Muscatine Nov. 5. Located at 2111 B Park Avenue just behind the BP gas station in front of the Muscatine Mall. With open hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays, the welcome pet lovers to come shop their extensive supply of pet foods, toys, collars, leashes, bedding and more. Meows & Barks also has supplies for birds, chinchillas, hamsters, reptiles, and other small animals, including live crickets and worms for animals that eat them. Open to suggestions, Meows & Barks welcomes your suggestions for other products they should sell.
