MHS names Arceo head girls soccer coach

MUSCATINE, Iowa–Muscatine High School is excited to welcome Edgar Arceo back to the Muskie coaching family. Arceo has accepted the Head Coach position for their 2021 State qualifying Muscatine Girls Soccer program.

Arceo is a 2002 graduate of Muscatine High School where he was an accomplished athlete on the soccer pitch and on the football field. Arceo has coached club and high school soccer for many years, and he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this position with our girls program.

MHS Athletic Director Tom Ulses stated: “We are excited that Edgar decided to pursue our position. He has successfully coached club and high school soccer. He is passionate about soccer and helping young ladies reach their goals and potential.”

Arceo also currently serves as a recruiting manager for West Liberty Foods, and he is excited to return to Muscatine High School and the Girls Soccer program.
