Bella’s first owner surrendered her to the Muscatine Humane Society. Before coming to the Muscatine Humane Society, Bella lived with other animals and would do fine in a house with other pets. Due to a bad case of ear mites, Bella’s ears look crinkled. However, she has since recovered and enjoys excellent health.
