MUSCATINE, Iowa–The Muscatine Community School District is pleased to announce Jeremy Wells as the next assistant principal of Susan Clark Junior High. This appointment is pending MCSD School Board approval at the regular meeting on Monday, June 12. Wells has most recently worked as a special education teacher at Iowa City High in Iowa City.

“I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to join the Muscatine Community School District,” says Jeremy Wells. “I look forward to joining the excellent team at Susan Clark Junior High.”

Jeremy Wells has an M.S.E. in Educational Leadership from Drake University.

“We are excited to have Jeremy join our Susan Clark Junior High team,” says Jennifer Fridley, Susan Clark Junior High School Principal: “His experiences in special education and relationship building at Iowa City High will be instrumental in his successes with our students and families. Jeremy is a solution-focused and reflective leader, which we believe will be a healthy addition to the building.”

Mr. Wells’ first day as Assistant Principal of Susan Clark Junior High will be July 31.
