    MUSCATINE, Iowa–Today, Jan. 14 at approximately 12:31 p. m., the Muscatine Police Department received the report of an individual under a train along the riverfront area of downtown Muscatine. Upon officer’s arrival, a deceased male was found under the stopped train near the East Mississippi Drive and Sycamore Street intersection. The male has been identified as 40-year-old Robert Wane Miller. The initial investigation would indicate that Miller was a pedestrian who intentionally entered the tracks as the train was approaching. Access to the riverfront was blocked for a couple hours while the investigation took place.
