MUSCATINE, Iowa–Prior to the Dec. 16 Muscatine city council meeting, city staff held a reception to honor outgoing council members Oz Malcom and Kelcey Brackett and outgoing Mayor Diana Broderson for their service to the city of Muscatine. At the beginning of the meeting, City Administrator Carrol Webb swore in Mayor Brad Bark, At Large City Council Member Angela Lewis, and Second Ward City Council Member Jeff Osborne for their first term in office and Fourth Ward Council Member Nadine Brockert for her second term.
