Join us for a Free Parent/Child Yoga Demo on Sunday, November 24th, from 1:00-1:50pm. It’s open to kids in 2nd – 5th grades, accompanied by a parent or guardian. Traditional and fun yoga poses will be practiced to help with flexibility, strength, and calming focus.YMCA members and nonmembers are invited!
