MUSCATINE, Iowa–Muscatine County Emergency Management worked with the American Red Cross to assist Muscatine County residents impacted by flooding. Anyone needing support with shelter due to flooding or their utilities getting shut off should contact the American Red Cross. They have established a flood hotline.
