The new year is a great time to start something new. I, for one, would like to spend some time improving my home. Fortunately, Fresh Vintage has a lot of unique finds that will look great in any home.

Fresh Vintage has lovely wares for every room in your home that you cannot find anywhere else. In these dark winter months, you can brighten any room with Fresh Vintage’s one of a kind lamps and delightful candles. Looking to warm up a cold room? Fresh Vintage has many attractive blankets, rugs, and throw pillows. You can also find a wide variety of kitchen wares and other small household goods to really make your house feel like your home.

If you need a gift for a friend (or a little something for yourself after a busy holiday season) Fresh Vintage has you covered. Their large selection of lotions, perfumes, and stationary provide lovely presents for all occasions. You can also get beautiful jewelry there. Fresh Vintage caries a wide variety of pieces from Kenda Kist Jewelry, which is designed by a former Muscatine resident!

This year, Fresh Vintage plans to make some updates of their own. Carrie Zorich has run Fresh Vintage out of its current location for the past two years. A former school counselor, Zorich took over as owner when the previous owner retired, and she has found it a great way to get back into the workforce after staying at home when her children were very young. She has enjoyed growing the business since taking it over in 2018. However, she knew the time had come to relocate her store to an even more advantageous location. At the end of this month, she will move Fresh Vintage to 124 East Second Street.

After taking a little time to get the new location ready, she plans to gussy it up and reopen the first week of February. Rest assured though, Fresh Vintage will continue to sell all the great products you’ve come to expect from them or have been curious to take a peek at.

As Zorich gets ready for this big move, she looks forward to continuing to see her many regular customers. She says, “our customers who come in and our relationships,” make up the best part of her job. “We have a lot of customers in town and a lot from out of town who come back,” she added. “Our customers become friends.”

Whether you make the trip to Fresh Vintage this month or pop into their new location in February, their store will be open and ready for business Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Later in the year, Zorich plans to extend the stores hours, so be sure to visit Fresh Vintage often!
