FFA announcements:
If you are on the Chinchilla Crew- make sure you have checked your email and are coming in during your scheduled time.
The fall FFA Photography and FFA Poster contests are now happening! Please check your email for more information or chat with Ms Wiebe if interested.
If you are going to do Ag Impact and Ag CSI- we will have a quick meeting Wednesday morning, if you signed up you should have information in your email.
Anyone who signed up for ag mechanics needs to check their email for information. The first few shop days are now scheduled.
If you are in an agriculture class either 1st or 2nd semester and are interested in FFA and have not yet signed up- please talk to Ms Wiebe

SCJH Cheer practice for Boys & Girls will begin
November 9th
Practices are MORNINGS at SCJH from 6:30-7:30 AM
Cheer will perform at Girls & Boys basketball games.
Must have a current Physical, Concussion waiver and Parent permission form on file with Mrs. Hyink.
There will be a parent meeting on November 8th at 5:15 pm in the cafeteria!
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, Builder’s Club is hosting a Can Food Drive November 8th – 19th. Please bring non-perishable food items to your first period class. The class that brings in the most items will win a breakfast party! Please see Mrs. Duran or Mrs. Proehl if you have any questions!
Anyone interested in the Musical: If you are interested in the Middle School musical, PIRATES OF PENZANCE JR., There is information in the Main Office. There are Information sheets, Permission Forms, and Audition Time Slots to sign up for. If the Musical isn’t your thing, you can sign up for the Stage Crew, there are many different things to do to get involved with the Musical.
8th Grade Girls Basketball Practice will be at McKinley this week.
Power Volleyball Club Tryouts will be held on Saturday, November 13th and Sunday November 21st in the Van Hecke building at MHS.
7th and 8th grades from 1:00 PM-2:30 PM. You are encouraged to come both days but it is not a requirement
