MUSCATINE, Iowa–Thursday, June 9, Senator Mark Lofgren attended the groundbreaking for the modernization of the Applied Engineering Building at the University of Northern Iowa. The building houses the Department of Applied Engineering and Technical Management, which provides programs in automation engineering, construction, electrical engineering, graphic technology, manufacturing, and technology education.
