    MUSCATINE, Iowa – Some park amenities in the City of Muscatine have been closed by the Parks and Recreation Department in preparation for the winter season. Restroom facilities are now closed in Weed Park, Fuller Park, and Musser Park, and drinking fountains have now been winterized throughout the system. 

     

    Marina slips on the Long Dock and the House Boat Dock are also closed pending cold weather.
