MUSCATINE, Iowa – Muscatine Mayor Diana L. Broderson will present the 2021 State of the City address at 7 p.m. tonight. The speech will be broadcast on the OurCity Facebook and OurCity YouTube pages along with the City of Muscatine Facebook and YouTube pages.
