    MUSCATINE, Iowa – Muscatine County Emergency Management was informed by MUSCOM Communications Director Chris Jasper that the Outdoor Warning System was activated countywide at 1:20 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, 2020, as a result of equipment failure and not the result of human error.

     

    The service provider of the equipment has been notified.
