MUSCATINE, Iowa – A change of pace and routine will not dampen the fun in Muscatine. A Virtual Recreation Resource Center was unveiled Wednesday (March 25, 2020) on the Muscatine Parks and Recreation page of the City website with over 30 free activities and resources.

Citizens can find an array of indoor, outdoor and fitness activities to participate in both at home and around town. Resources for residents to enjoy the great outdoors around Muscatine along with ideas for activities at home are located in one convenient place. From printable scavenger hunts to virtual tours, from obstacle courses to workout videos, Muscatine citizens will have entertainment galore without having to leave their front door.

Muscatine Parks and Recreation will continue to engage the public with virtual programs and contests. Citizens are encouraged to check the Virtual Recreation Resource Center for frequent updates, and to pay close attention to the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Facebook page for contests and prizes being released.
