WEST LIBERTY, Iowa–Oct. 4, West Liberty Community School District broke ground on the first phase of their new athletic complex. By the start of fall sports in 2023, the district hopes to have installed a new turf football field and track as well as new turf baseball and softball fields, all conveniently located in the field just south of the high school.
