Middle School Student Belongings Pick-Up 

July 20- July 22nd, 2020

Dear Middle School Families and Students, 

We hope you are enjoying your summer. We know you have been patiently waiting to retrieve student belongings from school.  We have been given the go-ahead to have families enter the building during the week of July 20th for this purpose.  We continue to social distance and limit the number of people in the building at a time, so we have set up a schedule on the days listed below, designated by last name. 

There will be a maximum of 2 people per family allowed in the building.  Students should go directly to their lockers to retrieve items, and stop at the table outside the main office to pick up their yearbook if they ordered one.  We ask that you not roam the building unnecessarily.  Teachers will not be available during this time.  Every effort should be made to quickly enter and exit the building.

Please try to adhere to the following schedule if possible. If you have more than one last name in your family, or require the evening timeslot, please pick the designated date that works best for your family.  If necessary, please call us if you are unable to make these times work so that other arrangements can be made. 

We ask students to do the following on their designated day:

1. Go to their locker and retrieve ALL student belongings.
2. Pick up their 2019-2020 yearbook outside the Main Office (if one was pre-ordered). 
3. Have parent call or email the main office to verify address and contact information for next school year 

(This is in place of registration for returning students).  

If a student is unable to come to school, a parent may retrieve items for their student.  Parents need to know their student’s locker number and combination.  If a student’s personal belongings are in another student’s locker, they will need to contact that friend to retrieve their items. Staff are unable to open a locker for anyone other than the student (or their family member) assigned to a locker.  

Items left in lockers after July 22nd will be donated or disposed of.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the building secretaries at the numbers listed below.  Thank you again for your patience and cooperation.
